Start Living has forward-funded 100 new rental homes at Fairham as it continues to expand its single-family build-to-rent (BTR) platform.
The new two, three and four-bedroom homes will form part of Alvaredus which is located on a 606-acre site on the southern edge of Nottingham which boasts world-class connectivity and will become the region’s prime commercial and residential destination with dedicated outdoor space and great transport links to Nottingham, the M1 and East Midlands Airport . Alvaredus also includes access to outstanding health, education and community facilities. The first homes are expected to become available to rent in July 2024.
This new acquisitions bring Start Living’s portfolio to 622 BTR homes, with Fairham the platform’s ninth location. The deal follow’s Start Living’s recent forward-funding of 102 homes across two further sites in Nottingham, also being built by Countryside Partnerships, with other schemes in the West Midlands, Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire.
