With Start Living you can enjoy all the flexibility of renting your home, without the drawbacks and restrictions you’d normally expect.
That means you’ll be living in a brand new, high-spec house on a purpose-built development. And we want you to feel empowered to make that house your home. Pets are allowed. You can put up pictures. To really put your stamp on the place you can even paint the rooms – all we ask is you talk through your plans with us first. And if you ever need help, our friendly property management team and a dedicated repair service are on call.
And because we're professional landlords, we're in it for the long haul - so we won't unexpectedly sell up. Think of it as renting, reimagined.

You can expect fresh white walls and white gloss woodwork including bannisters, internal doors and window frames, with a mix of wood-effect flooring, neutral carpets and tiled bathrooms chosen for style and practicality. Blinds are fitted in all bedrooms and bathrooms, and battens provided for hanging curtains in other living spaces. Just add your own furnishings to make your home just right for you. Our contemporary kitchens are carefully designed to make cooking, eating and socialising a pleasure. All come kitted with stylish fitted cabinets, hardy worktops, easy-clean floors and LED spotlights to keep the space light and bright, even on a a dull day.
With a range of integrated appliances including: electric oven, ceramic hob, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, you’re equipped with all the standard modcons you need for the demands of modern living.
All our homes are fitted with a modern white bathroom suite with integrated bath and shower, chrome fittings, modern tiling and heated towel rails. Patterned glass windows and blinds are fitted for your privacy.
A smart downstairs WC offers you flexibility for all your guest and family needs, and many of our properties also come with ensuites for one or more bedrooms.
Modern heating, plumbing and electrics come as standard. All our EPC B rated homes are well insulated to keep you cool when it’s hot, and warm when it’s cold. This keeps your carbon emissions and bills lower.

All our properties come fresh and well-finished, but we know sometimes a house won’t feel like home until you’ve put your own stamp on it. That’s why we allow our residents to set the tone, by decorating their new home.
