Start Living are excited to receive the first phase of homes at Portland Field. The first phase will see 36 homes handover to Start Living and are all to be placed on the rental market. A further 63 homes will be delivered for Start Living and will also be available for rent. The 99 homes at Portland Field will comprise of 2, 3 and 4 bed houses. There will be a wide selection of different homes available at the site, giving renters the ability to find a home that fits them best.
The delivery of Portland Field will provide much needed rental accommodation to the undersupplied Nottinghamshire market. All the homes at Portland Field will be delivered ready for occupation, with fitted kitchen appliances including an oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washer dryer.
