Nottingham is the latest location to benefit from a smarter deal for renters, following the acquisition of 102 new homes in the city by Start Living.
The two, three and four-bedroom homes will form part of two wider developments in the Bestwood area of Nottingham. The ‘Padstow’ site will see the construction of 64 Start Living homes
with a further 38 at the ‘Ridgeway’ development.
The homes will be completed and become available to rent on a staggered basis from October 2023 onwards.
Padstow and Ridgeway will be the fifth and sixth locations for Start Living, offering excellent local community amenities and, as with all our homes, will be delivered ready for occupation with fitted kitchen appliances including an oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washer-dryer.
