Grimsby is set to be the latest town to wake up to better renting following the acquisition of 58 homes in the town by Start Living.
Start Living is partnering with Vistry Group to deliver the two, three and four-bedroom homes in the Scartho Top area to the south west of Grimsby town centre.
The homes at the scheme – which is located close to the Diana, Princess of Wales hospital – will be completed on a staggered basis between July 2023 and June 2024.
Scartho Top will be the eighth Start Living location, bringing the number of homes it manages to 510. Each Start Living home is located close to excellent local community amenities, and is available ready for occupation with fitted kitchens including an oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washer-dryer.
